Question: which is the fittest university for studying medicine in the world

I believe nearly all universities in the world offering medicine are accredited because they are fit. The fitness can vary based on the way of teaching, caliber of professors, teaching hospitals where students learn but what is common is that as a doctor you can always travel to a differnt country and work there so it’s hard to say which is the fittest. We can judge them by univerity ranking but I guess that is also biased by other factors
