While there are individual differences in cognitive abilities and preferences, the idea of “left-brained” or “right-brained” dominance as a fundamental difference in thinking is not supported by scientific evidence. Cognitive abilities like logic, creativity, and analysis are distributed across both hemispheres of the brain, and people utilize both sides to varying degrees depending on the task.
