My tips to become a successful person are:
      1. There is no shortcut to success. You have to put in hard work always.
      2. Discipline is key. You can be motivated today to wake up and study but tomorrow the motivation can be gone but if you are disciplined, you will wake up every day whether you want or not and work towards your goal.
      3. There’s nothing like overnight success. Take small consistent steps toward your goals (they must be clear). You might get lucky but you must be ready when luck arrives.
      4. Be very inquisitive and take risks. Scientists are always trying to solve the unknown so be willing to try new things and ask as many questions as you can (Kuuliza si ujinga😊).
      5. Be self-confident.
      6. Help others – The more we help others, the more we learn and the universe may reward you at some point.
      7. Be kind and considerate of others.

I want you to become even better than I am. And I believe you can! Here are three key things that have worked for me and they might work for you too:

Be a dreamer and believe in yourself. Always remind yourself that you are capable of greatness. Be your own biggest cheerleader.

Work smart towards your dream. Stay focused, even when there are many distractions around you. Discipline and consistency will take you far.

Find people who believe in your dream ,mentors. They will be your second cheerleaders. Their support and guidance can help you stay on track and reach your goals

Success is not a destination; it is a journey of discipline, impact, and continuous growth. Start where you are, use what you have, and serve with purpose

      1. Work Hard in School: Give your best in every subject — it opens many doors.

      2. Never Stop Learning: Love learning. Even outside the classroom, always stay curious.

      3. Choose a Career That Solves Problems: Think: “How can I use my talent to help others?”

      4. Grow Step by Step: Be patient and focused. Success takes time.

      5. Be a Leader: Take up leadership — in school clubs, church, or class. Start now.

      6. Help Others Learn: Share your knowledge. Help your classmates. It builds your future.

      7. Join Groups and Activities: Join science clubs, debate teams, or youth groups. You grow by connecting.

      8. Aim for Awards: Do your best — even small efforts can lead to big recognition.

      9. Support Other Young People: Believe in yourself. Your idea could change the world.

      10. Connect with Industry: Think about how your talent can be used in real jobs someday.

      11. Apply for Scholarships and Opportunities: Ask your teachers or mentors about scholarship opportunities.

      12. Attend Workshops and Speak Up: Don’t be shy to speak, ask questions, and take part in school events.

      13. Join Professional Clubs: Start now by joining clubs like STEM, ICT, or coding groups.

      14. Do the Right Thing: Always be honest. Do your work well, even when no one is watching.

      15. Stay Humble and Kind: Be respectful, helpful, and kind — people will always remember your character.
