      Hey!
      No, not really.

The shape or size of someone’s head does not tell you anything about their mental health. You can’t just look at someone and say, “This one has depression,” or “This one has anxiety,” based on how their head looks. 🧠🚫

That idea came from a very old belief called phrenology, where people thought the shape of your skull could reveal your personality or mental state.
      But guess what?
Science has proven that wrong! ❌

So, how do we understand mental health?
      We look at things like:

Behavior – Is someone suddenly quiet, sad, or angry all the time?

Feelings – Do they talk about feeling empty or hopeless?

Changes in habits – Are they eating less, not sleeping, or withdrawing from people?

These clues are all on the inside, not something you can see just by looking at a person’s head.

      Real Talk:
Someone might look perfectly fine on the outside, smiling, neat, even active, but inside, they’re struggling.
That’s why we must be kind, observant, and supportive, not judgmental based on appearance. 💙

Note: Mental health can’t be detected by just looking at the head.
You need to listen, observe behavior, and sometimes talk to professionals like counselors or psychologists.
