While it’s difficult to completely change one’s core personality, research suggests that individuals can learn and practice behaviors associated with extroversion, potentially leading to a more outgoing presentation. However, it’s important to acknowledge that fundamental differences in brain wiring and how individuals process information (particularly dopamine) may remain, meaning a complete personality flip is unlikely.
