  As a scientist and senior lecturer, I balance both roles by being very organized and managing my time well. I create a clear schedule that allows me to teach my students, supervise research, and also carry out my own scientific investigations. I also work closely with my colleagues and students, which helps me share ideas and responsibilities. Most importantly, I am passionate about what I do, so even when it gets busy, I enjoy the challenge and always try to stay focused on my goals.
