Toes play an important role in helping us balance, walk, and run properly. They provide stability and support when we stand, especially the big toe, which bears much of our body weight during movement. Toes also help us push off the ground when taking a step, making our stride smoother and more powerful. Without toes, it would be much harder to stay upright, change direction, or maintain proper posture while walking or standing.
